Members of chambers act for corporate, media and individual claimants and defendants, as well as government departments, local authorities, NGOs and trade unions. We appear in county courts, all divisions of the High Court, the Court of Appeal, House of Lords and Privy Council. We regularly receive instructions from solicitors worldwide, including Singapore, Malaysia and Hong Kong. Members of chambers make representations on reporting restrictions and other media-related issues in all tribunals, including the Crown Court, coroners’ courts and employment tribunals. We also advise on and appear in cases before media regulatory bodies.
